17-year-old boy born with a unilateral cleft lip and palate had a
resulting jaw deformity and malocclusion. He underwent jaw surgery
(upper jaw, lower jaw, and chin) to improve his smile, facial profile,
and bite. He is shown before and one year after reconstruction.
