19-year-old boy born with Binder syndrome who had deformities of the
nose and jaws. He underwent a combined orthodontic and surgical approach.
He required jaw surgery (upper jaw, lower jaw, and chin) and reconstruction
of the nose (bone grafting) to improve his bite, nasal breathing,
and facial appearance. He is shown before and one year after reconstruction.
