A 9-year-old boy was in a recreational skiing accident and sustained
severe fractures to his forehead and bones of the eyes. He underwent
intracranial surgery to repair injuries to the brain and to reconstruct
the bones of the skull and orbits. He is shown before and just six
weeks after surgery.
